A widely used format is as follows:
Session 1 Conducting a policy-making dialogue
Key decision makers in the change project meet for a half-day session. They have a firm dialogue about 60 essential items to pin down the current, sub-optimal situation their organization is facing. This session is guided by one of Novy-T’s change consultants.
Session 2 Preparing concrete activities based on obtained insights
A few days after the first session, key decision makers convene for a second half day. During this session the data from the first session will be analyzed and translated into concrete action steps with a clear focus on items that will contribute to the success of the change project.
