Conducting a strategic dialogue with the team

The team with the needs/ambitions to change comes together for half a day

Each team member logs in on a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone to gain access to the electronic version of the Change profile-scan®

We map the 12 elements of change in a dialogue with the team.
The scores of these elements are based on 60 validated statements of the Change profile-scan®





The team dialogue is facilitated by an experienced and certified coach.
At the end, each member of the team has immediate access to his/her scores in the format of a grey and a blue spider diagram:





In session 2, we will translate these results and insights into concrete activities that form the basis for effective change
